Worldwide orders are delivered by our shipping service provider DHL GoGreen. Letters are sent via Deutsche Post. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment, unless we have made any other agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

We ship from Germany, which means that all countries within the EU do not have to pay any customs duties. Customers outside the EU have to pay customs duties according to their country regulations. Unfortunately we cannot accept these.

If you are having problems with your product and you were logged in when you placed the order, follow these steps:

• Sign in to My Account .
• Go to "My Returns" and select "Open RMA" on the right.
• On the next page, select the order you want to request a return for, then click Next.
• Select which items you would like to return. Please include the invoice with your order and a brief description of the problem/enquiry.
• If you have images or videos to support your claim, please upload them to speed up the process
• Confirm your request by clicking on "Send request".

Our RMA department will contact you within 3 business days. You communicate with them through our RMA system. They will also guide you through the process and answer all your questions.

Yes. Any item can be returned to us within 14 days of receipt.

You can have your order exchanged within 14 calendar days of receipt. To do this, please go to our returns portal.

Please ensure that you comply with the return and exchange conditions.

We will exchange your order as long as the product is unused and in its original packaging with all accessories included.

The exchange is free for orders that are shipped within Germany. For orders shipped to other countries, you must bear the cost of returning the goods.
